ACTIVITY POLICIES

* Supply list and homework assignments will be provided at time of enrollment.
* Students receive 15% off class materials with paid class fee as well as on purchases made on the date of the class.(this excludes any Free Classes)
* In the event of a store sale, student will receive the greater of the 2 discounts, but not both; EXCLUDES GIFT CERTIFICATES, Labor, Special Orders, and/or previous purchases.
* For classes that require homework, it is the students' responsibility to complete their
 homework prior to class.
* Shop for supplies prior to your scheduled class.
* Arrive on time as the class will begin promptly as scheduled.
*Pre-cancellations - Students may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the class and receive
* 100% in-house credit of pre-paid class fee.
* Cancellation - Student who cancel within 24 hours of the class forfeit their entire class fee.
**No-Show - Students who do not show up for the class will forfeit their entire class fee. No Exceptions!
STORE CANCELLATIONS:

* Within 24 hours of class, instructor has the right to cancel if less than the minimum of 3 students are enrolled.

* For classes canceled for lack of participation, students will receive a full refund.
    Option 1) Company issued check refund within 10 days.
    Option 2) An in-house credit refund usable within 60 days

* No prorations will be issued on missed sessions. Make-up classes for missed sessions will be at the discretion of the instructor.
